Senator, Dr. Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso middle in company of former Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Amb. Mansur Liman and Speaker Borno State House of Assembly on their way to Borno state to attend the commissioning of the orphans scholarship programme on Sunday. Sen Kwankwaso is the special guest of honour at the event.
