Nigerian Obasanjo's three paragraph letter to Trump

Nigeria’s former president Olusegun Obasanjo has reportedly written a congratulatory letter to the United States president-elect, Donald Trump, pledging to work with him to attain a "fairer world".
In a three-paragraph letter dated November 9, 2016, Obasanjo cautioned that support would only come with equitable and fairer acceptance of the continent.

According to Premium Times, Obasanjo wrote:

"I felicitate with you, your family and everybody in your campaign for winning the presidential elections to become the 45th President of the United States of America.

"Let me assure you that most of us in Africa who believe in equitability in the global affairs will work with you for a fairer world and more so, those of us in Nigeria.

"While congratulating you once again,
please accept the assurances of my
highest consideration."

Trump was declared victorious early this week after capturing Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes, putting him over the 270 threshold.
Voters eager to shake up the nation's political establishment picked the celebrity businessman to become the country's 45 th president.
